Our Vision
Our vision is to improve the wellbeing of young people in Croxley Green, Chorleywood, Maple Cross, and Rickmansworth.

We aim to achieve this through consistent support for schools, families, and the community.
Motivated by God’s love, our Christian team is committed to helping others live life to the fullest by serving with compassion.

We hope to support young people from reception to year 13 and beyond, guiding them towards further education or the workplace.
Our Values
Why do we do what we do?
Simple: We believe every child and young person is unique, valuable, and deserves support on their journey.
At the heart of our project are Christian values, and our team members are all part of local Christian communities. We like to say that faith is at the core of everything we do, but we only share it if a child or young person asks. We’re committed to being open about this—our goal is never to impose our beliefs, but to walk alongside every young person, respecting their own journey.
-
Provide tailored content that speaks to kids and young people navigating life’s big changes—whether it’s adolescence, switching schools, family shifts, or exploring their identity.
-
Watch young lives transform as they receive the support they need to thrive.
-
Create welcoming, accessible "third spaces" where local children, young people, and families can find wellbeing support and a sense of belonging.
-
Equip the local church to actively serve children, young people, schools, and the wider community, strengthening and enriching everyone in the process.

FAQ
How much does the project charge?
We don't generally charge for any of our activities within schools as we consider what we offer to be a gift from the local churches. If we run a course or an all day event we may ask schools for a contribution towards the resources. Use of courses written by other organisations will come at a cost to the school invoiced directly from those organisations. Our team will always offer their time at no charge.
How would the project deal with a student disclosure?
Our staff and volunteers are trained in safeguarding and will not promise confidentiality to pupils. In the case of a disclosure they will contact the school’s DSL where needed, record details of the disclosure and inform Trinity Project's Safeguarding Lead of actions taken. Our Safeguarding Lead will then liaise with the school to ensure the situation is dealt with. If you would like to read our Safeguarding Policy, please contact us.
Where do our volunteers come from?
Our team come from the local churches in the area. Some of them will be paid church leaders or youth workers and some of them will be members of the church family who hold other roles within the community. Each volunteer will be interviewed, DBS-checked and given training to ensure they are fully prepared for what they deliver.
What is the minimum age to volunteer?
We offer work experience placements to students while they are still at school. Any other volunteer would need to be over 18 to apply.
Which Christian communities does the project represent?
As a Project we proudly have our origins within the local Church Of England churches and use the Deanery boundary of the Rickmansworth Deanery to focus our area we serve in to a defined location.
All team must sign up to our Project Values and agree to operate under them.
